Anne-Claire Defaix, lifelong enthusiast about cooking, has naturally studied the hotel trade and experienced working with great chefs in different renowned restaurants.
As a new manager of the hotel, she has decided to put right away her own touch and opened the restaurant"Terroir" at the hotel Aux Lys de Chablis.
The restaurant is opened on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for diner.
Since February 1st 2011, Anne-Claire Defaix is « Maître-Restaurant" and she is certainly the youngest in France to have this title.
You'll have the pleasure to taste the culinary meals of the beautiful Chablis area, like the snails from burgundy with Chablis, Chitterling saussage from Chablis with Chablis…
The brandnew wine bar of the hotel welcomes you in fashionable surroundings with a friendly spirit to let you taste the Chablis wines of our family Daniel Etienne Defaix estate.
You'll enjoy in summer the large terrace of the restaurant to feel at ease with a glass or a meal.
The Chablis wines of our estate are on take away sale with the same price than the property one (-12 € per bottle).
